The 1st version of CORRAL prototype was successfully presented to the five (5) pilot sites focus groups (Italy, Greece, Sweden, Turkey and Portugal) from 17th of January to 3rd
CORRAL is one of the three projects that succeeded in Phase 2 tender procedure and we have been invited to participate in Phase 2 of INCAREHEART PCP. https://incareheart.eu/ich_blog/phase-ii-has-started/
The project CORRAL is implemented under the H2020 project “Pre-commercial Procurement of innovative ICT-enabled integrated care solutions to advance multidisciplinary health and care for patients with chronic heart failure” and is co-financed by the European Union.
The project started in May 2022 and the 3rd phase is expected to be completed in March 2025 .
